Wanda Mann & Lana Lagomarsini - Sipping with Soul: Wine & Food From the Heart

WHO: Wanda Mann is a wine writer, traveler/presenter, storyteller, past president of Les Dames d'Escoffier New York, and founder of Wine with Wanda.

Lana Lagomarsini, an internationally-renowned chef with extensive fine dining experience in New York City restaurants, is preparing to open Creola soon.

ABOUT: Wanda Mann has been writing about wine for nearly twenty years. She is the East Coast Editor for The SOMM Journal and Tasting Panel magazines. Wanda's writing has also been published in Food & Wine, NAPA Magazine, VinePair, Saveur, and other publications. She is a frequent speaker and presenter, and is a past president of Les Dames d'Escoffier New York.

Lana Lagomarsini has worked at some of the most prestigious restaurants on the East Coast including Charlie Bird, Momofuku Ko, Restaurant Daniel, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Gramercy Tavern, and Sweet Cheeks Q in Boston. She is also a Top Chef semifinalist and a private chef at Lanacooks.com. She is opening a new restaurant, Creola, later this year that offers a tasting menu with a constantly evolving point of view, rooted in Black history, American history, and the many places and cultures that shape the diaspora.
