De Gustibus Experiences - How It Works

We offer two types of guest experiences when booking a class. 

Experience #1: In Person 
(class limited to 48 guests)

An intimate live event inside our state-of-the-art classroom and studio.

• Demonstration and tasting of a multi-course menu
• Paired sparkling, white and red wines provided by one of our DG wine sponsors
• Choice of bottled S.Pellegrino® Sparkling Natural Mineral Water or Acqua Panna® Natural Spring water
• Freshly brewed Lavazza coffee offered after the class
• Recipe booklet, which includes promotional offers from our various partners
• Doors open 15 minutes prior to class time; you will be greeted by one of our team members who will lead you to your assigned table
• Assigned tables, based on party size

Experience #2: Virtual Class

For those who prefer just to listen and learn.

• Live demonstration on Zoom
• PDF of the recipe booklet

• You will receive an email with the link and recipe booklet prior to the class
