Upcoming Classes

The De Gustibus experience is unlike any other dinner theater you’ve experienced. 

Most classes take place in the De Gustibus Culinary Studio tucked away inside Macy's Herald Square from 6 to 8 pm. Watch celebrated chefs cook live while enjoying a seated, multi-course tasting (4 dishes and an amuse bouche) paired with wines from around the world. De Gustibus owner Sal Rizzo keeps the conversation lively, chatting with the chefs and sharing stories throughout the evening, and guests are encouraged to ask questions at any time. Menus are posted as soon as they're finalized. Our wine-themed classes include tastings and pairings — led by wine experts and/or the winemakers themselves.

Our on-location classes bring you into the restaurant kitchen, where you'll cook alongside the chef and their team before sitting down to enjoy the meal together.
