ABOUT: From dishwasher, prep cook, line cook, sous chef, and finally to chef de cuisine, Chef Chris Lee is a true creature of the kitchen. After spending three years at Jungsik, Chris joined SEA By Jungsik and helped design the opening menu alongside Chef Jun Hee Park. His fascination with Southeast Asian food started with his first bowl of pho a decade ago and it continues today as he strives toward bringing out and representing the true flavors of Southeast Asia.

WHAT: Chris Lee, formerly of 3-Michelin star Jungsik, now leads the kitchen at the restaurant group’s newest venture, Sea. It’s an evening of Southeast Asian-inspired cooking featuring dishes that balance the flavors of spicy, acidic, sweet and salty, in a traditional, approachable and yet creative way.
