ABOUT: Known for his disciplined approach and comprehensive culinary knowledge, Chef Barrera brings depth, creativity, and operational leadership to one of the city’s most dynamic hospitality organizations. With broad international culinary perspectives and a foundation in classical technique, Chef Barrera has shaped menus and led teams across a range of respected kitchens.
Before joining Quality Branded, he served as executive chef at Pebble Bar, and held roles including with Major Food Group, as well as impactful experience at TAK Room (TKRG). He is recognized for building strong teams, fostering a collaborative kitchen culture, and delivering memorable dining experiences that reflect both creativity and consistency. Chef Barrera’s formal culinary training at the Institute of Culinary Education provided him with the technical skills and professional discipline that continue to inform his work today.
