WHO: Anthony Giglio is a wine expert who uses storytelling to motivate countless imbibers to trust their own tastes and relax the rules. 

Claude Godard has the distinction of being a member of the Maitres Cuisiniers de France. He is the executive chef at The Union Club.


ABOUT: Giglio has taught over 26 classes at De Gustibus. He’s currently wine director for the American Express Centurion Global Lounge Collection, wine reporter for CBS News Radio, contributing editor to Food & Wine magazine, and the author of 11 books on wine, cocktails, and travel.

Godard has worked with some of Paris’ most renowned chefs, including Alain Dutournier and Jean-Pierre Vigato, and in some of Paris’ most renowned restaurants, including Lasserre. In 2003, he joined the Maitres Cuisiniers de France, and in 2010 he opened up Jeanne & Gaston in New York (named “Best French Bistro” by Zagat). He is president of Master Chefs of France, Inc, North American delegation.
