WHO: Nicole Gajadhar is executive chef at Golden Age Hospitality Group, which includes NYC hotspots Le Dive, Du Chats, ACME, The Happiest Hour, The Nines, and Elvis. Brody Robinson is beverage director for all the venues.

ABOUT: For Gajadhar, it all started when her grandmother brought her to a talk at BAM hosted by a female chef, which inspired her to pursue the culinary arts. She spent the next school year in Florence, Italy, and cemented her love of cooking. She externed at Tabla and then worked at 10 Downing, Tertulia, The Lion, Saxon + Parole, Nix, The Loyal, and The Nines. 

Beverage Director Brody Robinson has tended the bar at some of the city’s finest cocktail lounges including The Ned NoMad, Little Branch, and Attaboy.
