Loel Müller - Malka

WHO: Loel Müller is executive chef at Malka and global chief executive chef of Good People Group by celebrated Israeli chef Eyal Shani (who runs many restaurants in New York City, including  HaSalon, Miznon, Shmoné, Naked Tomato, Port Sa’id and his first Kosher venture, Malka).

ABOUT: Loel Müller began his culinary journey in May 2017 as a Line Cook at North Abraxas in Tel Aviv, swiftly rising to the role of Chef by November 2018. Around 2019, Loel's career developed further as he contributed to the successful opening of approximately 10-11 global restaurants in partnership with The Good People Group. Loel began living and working in NYC in September 2021 after securing the prestigious position of Head Chef at Hasalon NYC, where he led the kitchen team for over a year. Today, Loel lends his expertise to restaurants around the world - most recently at Malka NYC, a kosher restaurant concept inspired by Eyal Shani. He continues to redefine culinary experiences and demonstrate unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and leadership, making an indelible mark on the culinary landscape in New York, Tel Aviv, and beyond. The restaurant is under the Hashgacha of National Kosher Supervision.

WHAT: Deeply influenced by Israeli celebrity chef Eyal Shani, Culinary Director Loel Müller returns to showcase a seasonal and vibrant Mediterranean menu. All dishes are strictly kosher.
