ABOUT: Flinn has been a chef within Quality Branded’s vast and diverse restaurant group since 2010, having worked his way from line cook to executive chef of Park Avenue Seasons. There, he oversaw a rotating menu focused on seasonality and vibrant, playful ingredients. Prior to that, he worked in the kitchen at Nougatine by Jean Georges. At Zou Zou’s, he helms a wood-fired oven in the restaurant’s open kitchen, where the menu showcases Eastern Mediterranean dishes.
