ABOUT: A native of Manchester, England, Kenyon began his career at the prestigious Daniel and Bar Boulud, where he gained a solid foundation in French cuisine. His passion for Italian food led to prominent roles at Manzo, Perla, Lupa, and La Sirena, where he honed his expertise and earned critical acclaim, including contributing to La Sirena's Michelin star. Before Bottino, he served as chef de cuisine for all six restaurants at Eataly, further solidifying his reputation in the culinary world. Since joining Bottino in the spring of 2019, Kenyon has revitalized the restaurant with his approach to cooking.
