WHO: Frank Olivieri is the chef-owner of Pat’s King of Steaks in Philadelphia. Max Green is a noted mixologist and industry veteran.

ABOUT: Frank is the great-nephew of Pat Olivieri, who invented cheesesteaks. He started working at Pat’s when he was 11 years old and has been involved since 1978! He started a new non-profit in 2024 called the Spread the Whiz foundation, which educates kids on better nutrition.

A New York native, Max Green has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He was the head bartender of Amor y Amargo, which made it onto Tales of the Cocktail's "Top 4 Bars" and "World's 50 Best Bars" lists — multiple times. Recently, Max was the corporate bar director for the Hospitality Department opening Press Club Grill, Point Seven, Bronze Owl and B&L Diner. He is currently the Head of Trade Advocacy at Sake ONO.

WHAT: It’s an afternoon of craft cocktails and comfort classics co-hosted by Frank Olivieri of Philadelphia’s world-famous Pat’s King of Steaks (since 1930) with drinks expert Max Green. We’ll taste Pat’s signature dishes paired with Max’s unique cocktails.
