1st: Tuna Sashimi, Orange-Sesame Dressing, Pickled Perl Onions, Pomelo

2nd: " My Egg " Confit Duck Egg-Yolk, Creamed Spinach, Smoked Salmon, Potato Foam, Caviar

3rd: Beef Cheek " Goulash " Quark Spätzle, Paprika
