Amy Brandwein, a James Beard Award finalist in the “Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic” category, took the title of “Chef of the Year” at the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington RAMMY Awards in 2018. At De Gustibus, she’ll be demonstrating how to make the market-driven, regional Italian dishes — antipasti, pastas, proteins, and contorni — that make up her menu at Centrolina in our nation’s capital.
