Chef-owner PJ Calapa, formerly of Michelin-starred Ai Fiori and a partner at The Spaniard, returns to De Gustibus. He will be diving into Southern Italian cuisine once again — including handmade pastas and masterfully-prepared proteins, taking Italian fare to new heights.

Menu

Endive Bagna Cauda – anchovies, fried capers, parmesan, breadcrumbs

Yellowtail – shaved baby fennel, ruby red grapefruit, castelvetrano olives

Mafaldini “Scampi”- shrimp, parsley, butter, lemon

Swordfish – coco beans, pancetta, mint, salsa verde

Panna Cotta – vanilla custard, orange granita, cookie crumble
