The corporate chefs for Bruce and Eric Bromberg’s restaurants — Martin Brock and Jason Potter — will be showcasing the classic bistro and comfort food dishes that have made this a must-visit destination spot for chefs, and New Yorkers, as well as Japanese dishes from the beloved Blue Ribbon Sushi Izakaya.

Amuse - Bone Marrow and oxtail Marmalade Finger sandwiches
1st  Course - Arctic Char Ceviche with Taro Chips
2nd Course - Yamaimo “gnocchi” with Morels, fava beans, and spring peas 
3rd Course - Grilled Lamb Chops with Eggplant Confit and Cucumber Raitia 
4th Course- Japanese Cheesecake with Fermented Blueberry and Honey compote
