Spring is in the air, and on the menu, as Zene Flinn, executive chef of Park Avenue Spring (Summer, Autumn, Winter), takes us dish by dish through the bounty of the season. Zene, along with Patrick Martens of Heritage Foods, will showcase a seasonally driven menu using sustainably raised, heritage breed animals and seasonally foraged produce.
