Ignacio Mattos, — the Chef and Co-Owner behind Estela, Café Altro Paradiso, Flora Bar and Flora Coffee at the Met Breuer — won two New York Times stars for his work at Estela and has been nominated for multiple James Beard Awards including Best Chef NYC in 2017 and 2018 (Esquire anointed him Chef of the Year in 2017, too). We’ll be featuring recipes from his first cookbook, Estela, showcasing dishes that are beloved by celebrities and fans alike.
