Chef Demonstration

Chef Christos Bisiotis, born in Greece, is accustomed to cooking for a finicky audience; he worked at both Per Se and the White House before coming back to his roots at Kapnos. For this evening, Chris will prepare a myriad of seafood dishes — from simple to sophisticated — that bring out the bold flavors of Greece and the Mediterranean.  Joining him, will be Chef George Pagnois, chef/owner, of Kapnos in DC.
