Yehuda Sichel, Executive Chef and Partner of Abe Fisher (along with multi-James-Beard-Award winning chef Michael Solomonov), returns to showcase a menu that pays homage to dishes hailing from the evolution of Jewish cuisine, mixing the traditional with the playful.

Amuse: Borscht Tartare 

Starter: Chopped Chicken Liver Mousse 

First Course:  Roasted Romanesco with sauce gribiche, everything bagel bread crumbs

Main Course:  Braised Chicken with Potato Kugel
Side:  Arugula Salad with gribenes 

Dessert: Almond Cake with berries and schlag
