Critics rave about Pig & Khao: Pete Wells at The New York Times gave it two stars, while Zagat declared it the Best Asian Restaurant in NYC. Credit goes to chef Leah Cohen who honed her chops under top Chefs David Burke (Park Avenue Café), Daniel Humm (Eleven Madison Park) and Anne Burrell (Centro Vinoteca), and who brought home the bold flavors of Asian street food after an extended tour of Southeast Asia. In this class, we’ll see how Thai and Filipino ingredients influence taste.
