Andy Nusser (Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Casa Mono and Bar Jamon) and Anthony Sasso worked together for many years earning Casa Mono three stars from The New York Times and a consistent Michelin star since 2009. For this evening class, they debut recipes from their long-awaited book, The Casa Mono Cookbook, a culinary trip to Spain led by two respected authorities.
