Join us for an afternoon of all-kosher cooking with Peter Callahan, the Owner of New York City-based Peter Callahan Catering and author of many books including Peter Callahan’s Party Food and his best-selling book, BITE by BITE: 100 Stylish Little Plates You Can Make for Any Party. Peter will create practical and imaginative dishes while showing us shortcuts for elegant and effortless entertaining for the upcoming holiday season. 

All food will be strictly kosher.

Smoked Salmon Dog on Black Bread with Nori Collar

 

Starter:

Caprese Pizza in Mini Box

 

First Course:

Fettucine with White Truffle Butter, Fresh Herbs and Sautéed Mushrooms

 

Main Course:

Pan seared Branzino with Tomato Confit, Lemon Beurre Blanc,

Pea Tendrils and Sautéed Baby Spinach, Charred Baby Carrots

with Hariot Vert and Caramelized Baby Onions

 

Dessert:

Fruity Pebble Cones with Cereal Milk Ice Cream
