For more than a decade, Chef Bill Telepan made Upper-Westsiders very happy at his eponymous, Michelin-starred restaurant, an early adopter of farm-to-table cuisine. At Oceana, Bill focuses on seafood and seasonal produce, drawing on years of experience in the New York food world. Expect to taste some of the fish, shellfish and oyster-bar classics that Oceana is famous for.
