Welcome Olivier Barbarin, Head Chef at Le Séran at Château d’Audrieu, a 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotel in the heart of Calvados. Olivier has worked alongside some of France’s greatest culinary talents, including Dominique Toulousy, Roland Mazère, Jean-André Charial, and Olivier Brulard. Here, he’ll be cooking dishes that combine simplicity with high-end gastronomy, showcasing the huge range of flavors from Normandy.
