Bistro fare. French comfort food. Classics. Call it what you want. The key thing is to do the dishes right. At Yves in Tribeca, Executive Chef Alex Baker draws on years of experience cooking under Andrew Carmellini at Locanda Verde and at Michelin-starred Rebelle. She joins mixologist Aaron Blakely for an evening of joie de vivre eating and drinking, featuring French-inspired cocktails and dishes.

Course #1:  Escargot with garlic and parsley 

Elderflower Spritz - Champagne, St. Germain, Soda
