Chef Philip DeMaiolo — Executive Chef of Pier Sixty, The Lighthouse and Current — focuses on the bounty of fall in this Saturday afternoon class. What’s more, we have the exclusive opportunity to work inside this renowned caterer’s kitchen and work alongside Phil and his team as we prepare crowd-pleasing dishes.

Class is held in the restaurant’s kitchen, followed by a seated lunch with paired wines.  *note later time
