Before he was Executive Chef of Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Public Kitchen, Thomas McKenna was Culinary Trainer and Coordinator of Vongerichten restaurants around the world, winning Food Network’s Chopped and crowned one of Zagat’s “30 under 30”. We welcome Thomas and look forward to an evening of elegant, market-driven dishes prepared with all the signature flair that comes with a Jean-Georges’ menu.

Amuse Bouche:

Cheddar Frico with Popcorn, Lemon, Red Chili and chives

 

Starter:

Tuna Tartare with Soy-Yuzu Dressing, Avocado, Radish and a Crispy Rice Cracker

 

1st Course:

Crispy Black Bass with Cauliflower Tabbouleh, Lemon Yogurt

 

Main Course + Side:

Sautéed Chicken Murphy, Mix Mushroom, Cherry Peppers and White Wine + Curry Roasted Carrots with Coconut and Lime

 

Dessert:

 Fig Crostata, Thyme Infused Honey
