Prolific cookbook author and weekly columist at The New York Times, David Tanis cooked with Alice Waters at Chez Panisse in Berkeley for many years and ran the kitchen at critically acclaimed Cafe Escalera in Santa Fe, New Mexico, among many other culinary endeavors.  His most recent cookbook, David Tanis Market Cooking, Artisan 2017, epitomizes his philosophy of simple seasonal cuisine.  He will share a selection of previously unpublished recipes for this seasonal tasting demonstration.
