ABOUT: Secchi honed his skills at several restaurants in Italy, including Massimo Bottura’s three-star Michelin-rated Osteria Francescana. Rezdôra, based in the Flatiron district, has earned a Michelin Star, three stars from The New York Times, and recently became one of the top 10 eateries in the "Top 50 Italian Restaurants in the World." The menu celebrates the cuisine of Emilia Romagna and is centered around house-made pasta.
