ABOUT: Baldwin studied art and philosophy at Bennington College, earned a Master of Fine Arts in sculpture from Yale University, and had brief stints at Craft, Casa Mano, and Jean Georges before working at Gabrielle Hamilton's Prune. He also co-wrote a cookbook called How to Dress an Egg. The New York Times awarded Houseman with two stars when it opened.
