WHO: Jason Pfeifer is executive director of food & beverage at Mattos Hospitality, which includes Corner Bar (the latest bistro from acclaimed Michelin-starred, chef-owner Ignacio Mattos), as well as Estela, Altro Paradiso, Nine Orchard, and Lodi).

ABOUT: Pfeifer grew up fascinated by flora and fauna. That interest further took root during a hike of the Appalachian Trail. His interest in wild ingredients and the craft of cooking deepened in his late teens, while overseeing an organic farm and local inn in Hot Springs, NC. He went on to earn a degree from The Culinary Institute of America, serve as a chef de partie at Per Se, and lead the kitchens at Danny Meyer's Maialinoand Manhatta before joining Mattos Hospitality in 2021.

WHAT: Pfeifer will demonstrate iconic dishes from the Michelin- and New York Times-starred restaurants at Mattos Hospitality.
