ABOUT: Moore made his mark as executive chef at the famed three-star French restaurant Montrachet (where he was nominated for a James Beard Rising Star Chef Award) as well as chef-owner of Commerce, Harold’s at the Arlo Soho and Bistro Pierre Lapin. Pouchot, a noted wine expert, was a sommelier at Daniel, and has worked in retail with Sherry-Lehmann, and as East Coast Sales Manager for Negociants USA, National Brand Development Manager for Peter Lehmann Wines, and Sales Director Americas for Maison Mirabeau.
