ABOUT: Kentucky-raised Little workedin several renowned restaurants including Marc Forgione, Batard, Khe-Yo and Ai Fiori. Chef Urban, from Cape Cod originally, developed his skills at Ai Fiori (where he first met Little), Picholine, Schilling, Freud and Batard — where he and Little reunited and decided to open their own restaurant. In 2020, they opened Chez Nick, a restaurant serving affordable, seasonally inspired, American cuisine.
