Anna-Christina manages the blind tasting of wines for all ratings; the team tastes more than 26,000 wines annually. In addition, she rates and reviews the illustrious regions of Burgundy and the Rhône Valley. Formerly the Director of Education for Independence Wine/Taub Family Selections, she was also General Manager & Wine Director of the former Morrell Wine Bar in Rockefeller Center. Javier worked at Bouley, Aquavit, and Telepan and then refined his techniques at restaurants throughout Europe including Chef Fergus Henderson’s St. John in London. He began his own business — Flip Eats — to showcase his take on modern Filipino food.
