WHO: Andrew Sutin, executive chef at The Mary Lane.
ABOUT: Sutin, a New Jersey native, worked at the highly esteemed Le Bec-Fin in Philadelphia and then rose in the ranks during his tenure at Pearl Oyster Bar, Bobo, The Nomad, The Finch, and Market Table. He was previously chef de cuisine at The Mary Lane.
WHAT: Sutin will showcase a menu that features local, seasonal fare (he shops at the Union Square Greenmarket daily). He's a fantastic teacher and will show us how he creates his extraordinary, seasonal, and artful fare.
