ABOUT: Born and raised in Brooklyn, Lamboglia landed a job at the original A Voce and spent 15 years working as a key player on Chef Andrew Carmelini’s team; he opened Locanda Verde, The Dutch, Lafayette, and Bar Primi (as chef-partner). The New York Times gave it two stars and Eater said the place has two of "the best pastas I’ve tasted all year" (making it a very sought-after reservation to get).
