ABOUT: Previously, Christine Lau was the executive chef at Bar Chuko Izakaya, and before that she worked as a sous chef at Centivini, under Michelin-starred chef Patti Jackson, developing the craft of handmade Italian pasta.

WHAT: Lau will showcase her menu of Japanese and Italian cuisine, with elements of seasonality and greenmarket inspiration that she adapted for the home cook.
