ABOUT: James Beard Award-nominated chef Bryce Shuman, famous for stints at both Betony and Eleven Madison Park, garnered three stars from The New York Times, one Michelin star, and was named Food & Wine's “best new chef.” He is now executive chef of Sweetbriar restaurant and GG Tokyo in Nomad/Kips Bay.
