ABOUT: Executive chef Anthony Ricco worked every station at Jean Georges restaurant before joining Spice Market, where he was so impressive that chef Andrew Carmellini asked him to lead the food and beverage programs at The William Vale hotel (including Leuca, a Southern Italian restaurant).

WHAT: Chef Ricco will demonstrate how to make a sumptuous Italian feast. Courses will be paired with wines from Regal Wine Imports.

Experience #1: In-person at Leuca (class size limited)

A hands-on cooking experience inside his restaurant.

$300 + NY sales tax per person

  • Coffee and light breakfast upon arrival
  • Groups cook and learn inside the kitchen of the noted restaurant alongside the chef and his team
  • Class breaks into smaller groups, each preparing a course to serve with paired wines
