Who knew that Italian-Australian food would be such a great idea? Chef and co-owner Robert Marchetti did. After decades as a serial restaurant hit-maker in Sydney, Australia, he opened Gran Tivoli in NoLIta and, with executive chef Jamie Hoggs, distilled the best elements of coastal Mediterranean-Italian cuisine into one menu. We’ll get to try some of the antipasti, pastas and entrees that show the undeniable influence of Aussie barbecue/grilling.

Class is in the restaurant’s kitchen followed by lunch and wine.
