At Seamore’s, Chef de Cuisine Rob Eggleston works with seasonal, sustainable seafood and prepares an array of dishes that has guests returning again and again. In this hands-on, immersive, seafood class, you’ll master the art of fileting, shucking and preparing dishes you can re-create at home.
Class is in the restaurant’s kitchen followed by lunch and wine. A portion of ticket sales will benefit City Harvest.
