In anticipation of NYC’s Cheese Week, we’re excited to feature executive chef Pierre Landet of SoHo hotspot Felix. Landet, who ascended the culinary ladder at several multi-Michelin-star restaurants in France (including Taillevent in Paris) and New York City’s Cercle Rouge, will be pairing and incorporating cheese in classic French dishes. French wines, naturally, will be poured.
