In this hands-on class, Oliver Lange — the corporate executive chef of the U.S. for the vibrant Zuma Restaurants — will demonstrate how to prepare contemporary Japanese cuisine using fresh ingredients and flavorful seasonings to balance dishes. We’ll get an immersive experience featuring rolls, sushi, and grilled items, among other dishes.

Class is in the restaurant’s kitchen followed by lunch and wine.
