Pete Wells said he would “go well out of his way to eat upstairs at Intersect again” and bestowed a New York Times’ “Critic’s Pick” designation to the restaurant. Though the menus and guest chefs rotate in and out every six months, Executive Chef Nickolas Martinez (who worked with Joël Robuchon and at Foragers) has found a way to produce consistently engaging dishes — another gem from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality group.
