Michele Buster, founder of Forever Cheese, will host a tasting of four cheeses that will be interpreted into dishes by chef-owner Mikel de Luis, who honed his skills with the multi-Michelin star chef Martin Berasategui at M.B. restaurant in Tenerife (Canary Islands). De Luis will be drawing inspiration from his new restaurant, Haizea in NY, which features contemporary Basque and Catalan-accented small plates.
