We’re thrilled to host Del Posto executive chef and partner Melissa Rodriguez once again. The restaurant earned three stars from The Times last year. In this class, she’ll demonstrate the sophisticated Italian dishes served at her Michelin-starred stalwart that you can make at home.

A portion of the ticket and raffle sales benefit Les Dames d’Escoffier, an organization that offers fundraising, community outreach, and mentoring of young women entering the culinary field.
