What better way to open our season than with acclaimed chef-owner- 23 cookbook-writer Laurent Tourondel, who had become a top tocque long before he launched BLT Steak, BLT Fish, BLT Prime, BLT Burger and the eight other restaurants he runs around the world. At L’Amico, he channels his love of simply prepared dishes and precise technique into newly reimagined classic American and Italian dishes.
