He’s preparing the perfect sourdough and focaccia, and incorporating these ingredients into Michelin-worthy dishes along with delectable pastries using unique ingredients and Asian flavors. Kim is quite the entertainer; we’ll see how his show stopping desserts reveal their own wit and charm.
