In this class, we’ll be sampling the mix of Mediterranean, North African, and Middle Eastern flavors that New York magazine called “delicious” and “sophisticated.” Executive chef Garett McMahan, a veteran of Perilla and Bouley, will be joined by Seed + Mill owner Rachel Simons, who can educate us about tahini — how it’s made, where it’s from, and why it’s so hot these days (even in desserts)
