Chef-Owner Erin Shambura (Lupa, Del Posto and most recently L’Artusi) and Beverage Director-Owner Joe Campanale (who launched dell’anima, L’Artusi, and Anfora) will be pairing some of the most crowd-pleasing Italian dishes they’ve developed as co-owners at Brooklyn’s hot new Fausto — with ideal wine pairings pulled from their cellars.
